Large hand made vintage ceramic decorative bowl by Francis Glanville Cooper, a Sheffield based potter active circa 1950. This unusual piece, influenced by Japanese design, has red and black undertones layered with a mauve iridescent lustre glaze that changes the bowls appearance depending on how the light hits it. Would make for a striking statement piece on a coffee table or entry way console.
In perfect condition with no chips or cracks.
