Damages and Issues
We strive to make sure all items are in pristine condition at point of sale, but in the unlikely event of your dissatisfaction or the product suffering damage in transit please notify us immediately upon the item being delivered to you.

In the case of damages, we ask that you kindly supply us with detailed photographs for our reference so we can investigate the nature of the issue and come to a suitable resolution. 

 

Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with no additional damages. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must be agreed upon by both parties before returning the item. Items returned to us without prior contact or agreement will not be accepted for refund. 

In the event of a return please send the item securely using the original packaging supplied. Returns must be sent by a tracked postage or courier service and must include the appropriate level of insurance for the item's value. Any items returned without suitable insurance that incur damages during transit will be liable for a deduction in the refund amount equal to the level of damage sustained to the item.

We will notify you to confirm that we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been successfully approved. 

Returned items will be provided with a full refund less courier costs of both the initial delivery and return costs. Approved refunds will be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, however if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us directly and we will look into the delay for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
