Returns
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused and with no additional damages.
To start the return process, please contact us as soon as possible. You will need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase for the item. Items returned to us without prior acknowledgement or agreement will not be accepted for a refund.
Once the return has been accepted by ourselves, please package the item securely using the original packaging materials supplied.
Returns must be sent by a tracked postal or courier service and must include the appropriate level of insurance, fully covering the item's value. Any items returned without suitable insurance that incur damage during transit will not be liable for a refund.
We will notify you to confirm that we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if a refund has been approved.
Returned items will be provided with a full refund of the items value less both the initial and return delivery costs.
Approved refunds will be automatically refunded onto your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, however, if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved and initiated your return please contact us directly and we will look into the delay for you.
Shipping
Yes we do! Although there are some territories we cannot provide delivery to, we do sell our goods to most countries.
Shipping fees vary by delivery location and will be displayed upon checkout.
International delivery is provided by trusted international shipping suppliers such as DPD or DHL. However, if you would prefer to arrange an alternative shipping provider or service please contact us directly at vintrovia@gmail.com before purchase and we can work together to facilitate the best shipping option for you.
We aim to fulfill all orders within 3 working days. A range of delivery time frames including next day, 48 hour and standard delivery services are available for UK customers and estimated time frames based on location will be included at checkout for these services.
Global delivery time frames are estimated as 2-17 days dependent on location and service provider. If you require an item for a specific date within this time frame please contact us directly and we will be happy to source a suitable express service for you.
Some of our items, such as furniture or particularly fragile pieces, require shipping to be provided by a specialist white glove courier service to ensure your item arrives in pristine condition. If a piece requires this service it will be specified in the delivery notes included on the product page and the price of the service will be included at checkout for transparency.
Please note that white glove courier services may be unable to ship to some remote destinations in the UK and some international locations, please contact us at vintrovia@gmail.com if you would like further information regarding coverage levels in your area.
Duties & Taxes
All additional taxes and fees for international customers, such regional and updated tariffs for US territories, are charged up front and will be shown at checkout for transparency purposes. This helps create a streamlined purchasing experience as it negates any unexpected charges upon delivery, facilitates a clearer customs journey to help items be delivered faster and makes any potential returns easier to process.
