A vintage art deco pewter ring dish by Just Andersen for GAB (Guldsmedsaktiebolaget) Sweden. This bijou floral shaped 1920s modernist trinket dish has four rounded petals, is engraved on the base with the distinctive Just Andersen x GAB collaborative makers mark, the model number '490' and 'Blyfrit tin', an interchangeable term for pewter used within Scandinavian design, and would make an interesting addition to mid century modern and minimalist home interiors.
In good condition showing signs of age and use synonymous with pewter as it is a malleable metal such as areas of patinas, small dings, chips and scratches as can be seen in our photographs.
